Following on from 2023’s fantastic, Kendal Rocks, the event is back, bigger and better in 2024, slightly later in the year at May bank holiday, the 3rd, 4th & 5th May 2024. That’s right, 3 days of fantastic music! To make it extra special, this time the acoustic stage will be on all 3 days. The chosen charity for this year is Action For Wellbeing, registered charity number 1179365 with all profits from the festival going to the charity. 5 years ago, a charity was founded, a suicide prevention charity. This was in response to the death of a dear friend….. Freddy decided she needed to help in some way… She had a dream….to open a small, independent, confidential respite house. This year Kendal Rocks is raising funds to help Action For Wellbeing in their endeavors to open The Cheyenne Gardner Respite House. Every day in the UK, around 18 people die by suicide – it’s tragic for all involved. *Please note this has not been organised by Bowness Bay, and as such any enquiries need to be directed to the event organisers*
